The OURS 2nd Annual LeaderLink Summit is a 3-day leadership event that explores and supports capacity-building in OURS-member agencies while focusing on developing personal and leadership skills of executives and managers in order to support succession planning, strategic planning, and best practices. As part of the Summit experience, leaders will be assigned to one of two cohorts: Emerging Leaders and Seasoned Leaders. Participants will engage in interactive sessions specifically designed for their leadership journey.
Through hands-on group exercises and real-world examples, the Summit emphasizes tangible, practical content that can be immediately deployed and integrated into organizational, program and service delivery systems. The program features panel discussions, simulations, guest speakers, and experiential learning.
