OURS 4th Quarter Training Series: The CAA Standards
The Ohio Urban Resources System (OURS) is a statewide network comprised of 11 urban Community Action Agencies in Akron, Canton, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Erie-Huron-Richland, Lorain, Youngstown, Toledo, and Trumbull. The mission of OURS is to empower Ohio's urban Community Action Agencies to strengthen the social and economic security of families and their communities.
The OURS network has expanded over three decades to serve not only urban populations living in poverty, but also rural and suburban populations that are increasingly experiencing poverty. In 2018, OURS communities were home to more than 55 percent of all Ohioans, including more than 1 million Ohioans living in poverty.
As we prepare for the new year, we invite OURS members and staff to join us for the 4th Quarter Training Series: The CAA Standards. The training series will include (5) five daily educational sessions ranging from working the community plan to data collection as a driver to better programming to inclusive inquiries and participation. Participants may register to attend all sessions or preferred selections. Please click on each daily schedule for more information.
