Ohio Urban Statewide Poverty Summit
Ohio Urban Resources System, OURS, is excited to announce its first Ohio Urban Poverty Summit and the release of its Community Needs Assessment report. As a leading source on anti-poverty strategies and initiatives, we offer the state's only collective community needs impact report focusing on children and families in Ohio's urban communities.
Featuring Ohio's 11 largest counties, the report captures Ohio's bifurcated economy while illustrating the widening gap between the haves and the have-nots. It also highlights the work of Community Action Organizations as they provide unique services to meet the needs of vulnerable and underserved constituents.
